How to Win the Interview

If you have a 6.2 CGPA, the interviewer will ask you about it. You cannot say "the professors were strict" or "the exams were too hard." That shows a lack of accountability.

The winning strategy: Pivot immediately to your skills. HR:* "Why is your CGPA so low?" You:* "I struggled with theoretical subjects like Chemistry and Material Science in my first two years.
